I’ve forgotten my login / my password.
If you are a registered customer, your login is the email address you entered when you registered. To get your password again, click on “My account” at the top of the homepage, then click on: “Lost your password?” on the bottom right side of the screen. Your password will be sent to your email address.
How do I change the information on my account?
Go to ‘Sign in’ and enter your email address and password. you will then be able to change your details, view your past orders and wishlist.
I made a mistake. Can I modify or cancel the pending order?
It depends on how far your order has already been processed or not. Contact customer service as soon as possible, indicating the order number and the reference product, using the contact form, or by e-mail.
How can I follow the status of my order?
If you have created an account, simply go to ‘Sign in’ at the top of the page and login with your email address and password. Once logged in, you will be able to follow the status of your order and see if it is waiting to be processed or if your order has been dispatched.
What are the available payment methods?
Olivia Concept Store allows you to use the main credit cards. Safety is a priority for us, so your information will be encrypted. We offer the opportunity to conveniently pay with Paypal. For other forms of payment please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
When can I ask for the return and the refund of my order?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may claim a refund and return in an easy and fast way. The right shall be governed by the regulations described in the “Returns” section.
